House Rules
- Events / Parties are allowed ONLY with written permission from owner. Please treat the property as you would your own home. No fireworks. Be aware that wildlife such as deer, rabbits, bobcats and even a bear live on or near the property. We do not wear shoes in the house.
-If we find that a pet has been brought into the house without permission we will charge an additional pet cleaning fee of $500
-If we find that additional guests stayed at the property without written permission from owners we will charge an additional fee of $1000.
